How do I cancel?

Any cancellation request must be sent to us in writing and will not take effect until received by

1. All cancellations must be made in writing from the lead name on the booking. Cancellations will only be accepted from the Lead Name on the booking.

Do you charge amendment and cancellation fees?

Yes, if you cancel or amend your booking you will be asked to pay an amendment fee and any further cost we incur making this alteration (please note that certain travel arrangements are non-refundable).

What are your cancellation fees?

For cancellations, the principal or suppliers’ terms and conditions will apply. For Everbuds Travel Ltd packages, cancellation fees will be applied on the scale shown below. Note. These cancellation charges apply to all bookings except those which are 100% non-refundable where the entire cost will be forfeited.

• More than 84 days loss of monies paid
• 70 – 84 days 50% or monies paid if greater
• 42 – 70 days 75% or monies paid if greater
• 0 – 42 days 100%

You may cancel your booking within a period of 14 Days after the initial deposit however this initial deposit is non-refundable. After 14 Days you may cancel your booking however all deposits and (if applicable) any additional payments made to date on the booking are non- refundable.

Will I need a visa to travel to the EU after Brexit, and how do I apply?

If you’re planning on travelling to somewhere in the EU from November 2023 onwards, even if

you’re booking your holiday in advance, you’ll need to make sure that you have applied for an

ETIAS Visa waiver. This is not a visa, but rather an electronic travel permit to help improve security.

Once you’ve got your ETIAS visa waiver, this will be valid for 3 years, and you’ll be able to travel as many times as you like during that 3-year period. After that, you’ll need to renew your visa waiver.

My passport is due to expire soon – can I still travel?

Since the UK left the European Union, the rules for anyone travelling to Europe from the UK have changed to the following:

• Your passport must have been issued within the last 10 years.
• Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity on it after the date you intend to leave the country you’re visiting.
• It is always best to check the government website of where they are travelling to be certain of the requirements
